Hammer House in Essendon is ideally situated for members coming from surrounding suburbs of Aberfeldie, Moonee ponds, Pascoe Vale, Maribyrnong, Niddrie and Avondale heights.
Offering 760 sq meters of Gym floor featuring Hammer strength machines and a comprehensive range of dumbbells, lifting platforms, squat racks, cardio as well as specialty equipment including Belt squat and glute drive machines.
We are the only Hammer House Gym to also offer the unique recovery benefits of a Therapeutic Salt room.
